Overcomer Healthcare Service Corporation is a home health care provider situated in the community of St. Paul, Minnesota. Our goal is to build trust with our clients that will result in partnering with us to achieve the life they have always wanted, even when dealing with certain health conditions. Through the services we provide and the professional staff members we have acquired, we can guarantee that each patient will receive an optimal outcome.
We also have a facility which currently has a male open beds at our 24 hours customer living located at 1238 Birmingham Street, St. Paul, and 691 Cottage Ave E St. Paul. Those homes are for independent male clients with mental health issues. Both houses consist of 4 bedrooms, a living room, dining room, two bathrooms and a kitchen.
We do medication management and administration, behavior management and monitoring, manage client medical and social appointment, provide personal care assistance, housekeeping, weekly shopping services, and transportation as needed.
The homes are located on bus routes and they are close to groceries stores. Both homes are not wheelchair accessible.
We do accept CADI Waiver, BI and private pay.
